Black Stars Head Coach Akwesi Appiah has made only one change to the team that defeated Egypt 6-1 in the first leg as Esperance defender Harrison Afful comes in for Samuel Inkoom for Tuesday’s World Cup play-off match in Cairo.

The petit defender who missed the first leg match in Kumasi in October returns to the squad after completing his one match ban.

Kick-off is at 16:00GMT (4:00PM local time)

Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan and Majeed Waris will partner up-front again.

Ghana will be the fourth African country to qualify to the 2014 world cup if they pick a respectable result against the Pharoahs.

Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Cameroon all qualified over the weekend while Algeria plays Burkina Faso later on Tuesday.
