Please note that right now, MEST is not receiving new applications since they are still working on those who have already submitted their applications. We will let you know when they start taking new applications.

We know most of you have applied for the laptops so we are working around the clock to ensure everybody is satisfied. In our tireless efforts to serve the country we have detected most of you are using fictitious documents to apply. This has led to the slow pace of the entire process. However, we implore you to be patient with the system because everybody who has applied will be taken care of.
Last but not least, all new applicants should hold on for now until we reopen receipt of applications. Thank you.
Few Things To Note!
- This site; www.exposeGHANA.com does not provide the laptops. Please do not submit your applications to us. The rlg laptops are given by the Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology. Click here to learn how to apply.
- You may re-apply if you are not part of the selected beneficiaries (if they call for new applications).
- If you have any problem with the rlg laptop, please contact the nearest rlg office for help.
As part of Government’s commitment to build a better Ghana through science, technology and Innovation, the Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology with the support and collaboration of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Communications and the GETFUND has been distributing Free Laptops to students of second and tertiary institutions.

Sir, I am an ardent student interested in creative writing and have poems, stories, and other creative works running through my mind. I however find it very tedious keeping tract of my works because I do not have safe and economic ways of documenting them down. I have tried writing down my works in my notebooks but it is insufficient since my notebooks are not private and is also meant for school work and I’m not financially adept to purchase extra notebooks for creative works. Even if I were able to, it wouldn’t be convenient since that would mean extra load and I don’t think it will be healthy for me since heavy loads have a negative effect on the spinal cord.
Sir, I therefore believe that acquiring a laptop computer will aid me in my budding process in writing since it is portable, economical, private, and safe, and will not cause any harm to my health in the long run due to its portability. I also have an interest in software studies and I believe acquiring a laptop computer will help facilitate its development and help make my good performance in the information and communications technology subject even better and serve as a backbone for my excellence academically.

My name is wepiah daniel and I am a year two and an in awe Technical High School in navrongo offering visual art.
Sir, I am an ardent student interested in creative writing and have poems, stories, and other creative works running through my mind. I however find it very tedious keeping tract of my works because I do not have safe and economic ways of documenting them down. I have tried writing down my works in my notebooks but it is insufficient since my notebooks are not private and is also meant for school work and I’m not financially adept to purchase extra notebooks for creative works. Even if I were able to, it wouldn’t be convenient since that would mean extra load and I don’t think it will be healthy for me since heavy loads have a negative effect on the spinal cord.
Sir, I therefore believe that acquiring a laptop computer will aid me in my budding process in writing since it is portable, economical, private, and safe, and will not cause any harm to my health in the long run due to its portability. I also have an interest in software studies and I believe acquiring a laptop computer will help facilitate its development and help make my good performance in the information and communications technology subject even better and serve as a backbone for my excellence academically.
